Victoria C. Smith, Legal Assistant and Paralegal
Ms. Smith has served in various executive capacities in the finance and banking industry before joining the Law Offices of Philip Borowsky. She was an Investment Officer of the Asian Development Bank Treasurer’s Department in the Philippines during 1981-1985. She then became Vice President of JP Morgan Hong Kong during 1985-1990. She thereafter returned to the United States where she was employed as a Vice President for Trust Company of the West. She became employed at the Law Offices of Philip Borowsky in 2002 where she serves as legal secretary for Mr. Borowsky and as paralegal for the firm. Her formal education includes a B.A. degree from Mount Holyoke College and a Masters in International Business from Columbia University as well as 2 years of Japanese language study at International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan. |
